Structured as a 501(c)3 organization, the Sister City Association of Chelsea Michigan, Inc., which organizes the Exchange Program, is supported by the contributions of parents, community organizations, and corporate donors. Any interested members of the Chelsea community are welcome to participate in planning or hosting exchanges, contributing time or ideas, and providing input to the leadership function of the group.
